TACLOBAN CITY, Jan.19 (PIA) – The Department of Education
(Dep Ed) in Eastern Visayas region has started its preliminary
activities in compliance with DepEd Order No. 2, series of 2011,
declaring January 29 as the National Registration Day for the 2011-2012
incoming Kindergarten, Grade I and First Year high school students.
MANILA, Philippines - Students from a public school in Pasig City
will be receiving free breakfast meals in the next 6 months not only to
improve their health, but also their academic performance.
Braving the rugged roads, uneven terrains and learners of different
needs, the mobile teachers of the Alternative Learning System (ALS)
have now something to be happy about.
DepEd Order No. 76 s. 2010 spells out the Policy Guidelines on the
Implementation of the 2010 Secondary Education Curriculum (2010 SEC)
using the Understanding by Design (UBD) Model.
