Manuel A. Roxas Elementary School was created in the part of June 1976 during term of School Division Superintendent Sol T. Carpio and Adelina Viloria, the District Supervisor of Sta. Ana.

This school was the daughter school of Manuel L. Quezon Elementary School.  It is located along D. Ponce and D. Suazo St., adjacent the slums of the city and bounded by Jose P. Rizal Elementary School and Manuel L. Quezon Elementary School. It is Located at 3,196 sq.m. site with a mini-gym at the center.
